Sound Mind is aptly named. Their team worked with us professionally and thoroughly, despite many extenuating circumstances, challenging timelines, and changes that we needed to make. Nathan was meticulous, kept me informed of his findings, and spent invaluable time with us answering questions we had. Best of all, they are clearly just good people that make you feel taken care of. Would give more than 5 stars if it were possible.

Nathan did a really great job with the inspection! He was honest, reliable, trustworthy, and detailed. We knew we were in great hands with him because he observed every nook and cranny. I cannot recommend him enough, he did spectacular!
