Client Reviews

We had such a great experience with Nathan and Sound Mind Home Inspections. Especially us and our clients not being from the Cle Elum area, we were lucky to have found him. He was thorough, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk through everything with us, answer questions, and explain which items were important versus normal maintenance. We really appreciated his attention to detail and the quality of his report. We would absolutely recommend him and will definitely keep him in mind for future clients and colleagues in the Roslyn, Cle Elum, Ellensburg, Snoqualmie, North Bend, and surrounding Kittitas County areas.

Excellent inspection experience. Nathan was on time, on point and issued a clear report to help address our home's issues. We definitely recommend him for all your home inspection needs.

Nathan was great. Easy to work with, very thorough with our inspection. Answered all our questions.

Sound Mind is aptly named. Their team worked with us professionally and thoroughly, despite many extenuating circumstances, challenging timelines, and changes that we needed to make. Nathan was meticulous, kept me informed of his findings, and spent invaluable time with us answering questions we had. Best of all, they are clearly just good people that make you feel taken care of. Would give more than 5 stars if it were possible.
