Nathan is always 10/10 and I would never use any other home inspector, always knowledgeable and committed to working his absolute hardest and answering any and every question.

Nathan was great!!! He provided such a thorough report that was easy to read through and understand. We also learned a lot from him during the conversation after the inspection, and he answered all our questions. I now have a plan of how to move forward and maintain my new house.

We had such a great experience with our home inspection. Buying a home is already a highly stressful experience, but our inspection process was a breeze. Nathan was very thorough with our home inspection and made sure to walk through with us after he was done to show us what was problematic or could pose a potential issue in the future. When we got our report he made sure not to leave out any details—that made negotiations with the owners following the inspection so easy. We cannot recommend him enough!
